service was too slow, waited 20min for my drink even though i ordered on app. staff ignored customers who wanted to check on their order status as well. till now, my order still shows ‘in preparation’ so im unable to earn points for that order???
Staff attitude was very very rude, just want to ask if my drink ready, never answer and continue to do her work, alright I can wait , then she use her super small voice ask for my order number , at first I cannot hear it cuz her voice is super small, I said sorry? She show me black face.then she angry and ask again for my order number . After that she just pass me the drink with very bad attitude, won’t visit this outlet again.
service personel is super rude, especially the one at the cashier on a sat afternoon, and the same girl complained with pic shown below. she can talk happily with her colleague but when taking your order talk to you like owe her a living. Liho please don't underpay your staff and result in this kind of service attitude.
I don't usually post review, but this girl in the photo was so rude that I had to. Went to order a drink, it was very busy, got a lot of noise around, couldn't hear what she was saying, some more she was wearing mask so I couldnt hear, then I politely ask her to repeat and she shouted at me and become very rude and arrogant, rolling her eyes. Then after making my drink she just thumped it at the counter and don't bother to tell me. Very very rude staff, pls train ur staff properly so they don't tarnish reputation like her, I think a lot of ppl also complain abt her. So rude for what, isn't this ur job????? She also gave me the wrong drink, so that means she also hearing problem
Very rude staff - order a no-sugar coconut shake for my 5yo daughter and they have made it very high sugar. Tried to return the drink and the staff was unhelpful and rude. Owner please replace your staff, especially the 2nd girl from the right in my photo
Golden Avocado at LiHo Harbourfront (1st floor), one of the healthiest drink in town. Apparently, there are two outlets around this area, the other inside VivoCity. Excellent service rendered at the Harbourfront outlet around 7pm today 👍

V slow service, long Qs. And for some reason the drinks aren't as tasty as outlets. Thumbs down and do give this outlet a miss. Not worth ur time amd money.
It was my time trying LiHO Tea. This outlet has a large and nice place to sit and chill.Ordered their signature coffee and on the menu, it shows a “hot” icon. However, when we collected the drink, it’s ice cold.It was very strange that the staff didn’t ask whether we want it hit or cold. But he did ask for the sugar level. Their signature coffee is honestly not bad. And it’s also pretty good value; $3.90 for a big cup of (good) coffee. We ordered “least sweet”. Will patronize again.
We choice a table in left side near Have fun. So the staff come and tell us that table for staff. Their areas very crowded.Why your store not stick in table that table for staff only? Then customers not touch this. Never I come back with Liho bugis + more. Super bad for our tea time. Is this good service for customers????????????
Bought a classic milk tea with pearls and asked for 25%, the lady gave me the MORE sugar option instead. The next option after MORE was EXTRA so she basically gave me 100% sugar option…I only realised it when i was looking at my receipt and when i went to ask her to reduce it to less sugar she pretended not to hear me at first and when she finally acknowledged me, the lady(the only one wearing a tudung, there were two ppl in shop) simply just replied with a ‘oh do alr’ ???????? Very poor customer service with bad attitude, will not patronise again.
I ordered a brown sugar lover, the drink tasted powdery and like coffee. I ordered this drink from a different Liho outlet before and it tasted a lot different. When I asked the staff, they simply told me that there was fresh milk in it.
Staffs here are very unfriendly and not helpful. I have used some vouchers previously and I was able to process that in 2 other outlets. This outlet never even smiled and rejected me without trying to use the voucher involved.Please educate the staffs here and I hope to see a more consistent customer experience with liho.No thank you, no hi welcome no bye.
My account was accidentally deleted by the staff at the East Village branch.When I was buying at NEX, the staff learnt that my account was deleted. Two of the staff were patiently trying to help. Despite the failed attempt, I'm grateful for their time and effort. 💕I don't want to re-register and lose the points I've accumulated so far. Please help. 🙏
I love bubble tea and LiHO, but this branch can be very busy and there are only two people working. So you have the wait a very long time for even just one cup. And now I look over the counter and see my bubble tea just sitting there, with no one even acknowledging that it is there.
